MAJ Dale E. Wilson, Ph.D. Some power company representative offered me $1200 per acre to use my land for windmills and solar panels. They never said if that was monthly or for however long they wanted to use it. I turned it down. So far I am being required to plant trees on the banks of the creek that crosses my land and I'm expecting a ton of correspondence from the weed board.
