Here's the way President Truman viewed it, LT John Chang. Nonetheless, it's hard to ignore the comments of SPC David S..

While it is a great message - unfortunately public restrooms have become the opium dens of our times. A number of people have been found dead in Starbuck's restrooms across the country - due to OD.

Just Google Starbucks and overdose - must be the free WiFi?

I'd like to know more as store managers set the restroom policy -

Of course - my takeaway from the article is that Starbucks is willing to let store managers make the call, AND not let them be ones to take the fall, if things go awry. That speaks volumes to your folks.

String of overdoses cause stores to use customer-only bathroom policy - "The location now requires customers to enter a code to use the restroom."

I'm surprised the ACLU hasn't intervened with a lawsuit. I'm sure it's just a matter of time.

LT John Chang - Apparently the manager is no longer employed at this Starbucks.

The second part is frequently overlooked. Responsibility and accountability go hand in hand, “I’m sorry” meets the intent of either of these two.
