CW3 Michael Bodnar - I agree, there is a lot of superficial knowledge, but nothing deep. I watch the videos of campus reform, and a lot of these kids can only parrot the talking points their teachers have told them, but don't understand why. That is why they get so upset and frustrated because they believe the talking points should sway people like it did them, and then when pressed they can't answer hard questions. To me, it is a lot like a cult...

LT Brad McInnis - Absolutely. I always get a kick out of the looks on their faces when presented with a counter argument and they immediately go to name calling - white supremacist comes immediately to mind. That's all they have because nobody has shown them how to critically think for themselves or present valid points during a discussion. I unfortunately see some of that here on RP but I tend to brush it off. What scares me the most is this....these kids are the future of our Republic. All I can say is we are doomed.

CW3 Michael Bodnar - My cousin's youngest kid was typical of college kids. He thought his 2 older brothers were idiots, thought his parents were dumb, yada yada yada... he spent 5 years trying to become a medical DR. They finally told him he won't get into a program, even though he has top grade, great extracurriculars, etc. because he is white. He has over $100k in student debt, is working as an EMT, and realizing he made serious mistakes believing that the Democrat party will take care of him. We tried to tell him for years, to no avail. Granted, he went to the same college as Ilhan Omar... So, my point is there are enough waking up to the lies they have been told.
