First thought is that this is a perfect example of why this Nation is "going to Hell in a hand-basket." Second thought is, we are, after all, a Nation of Laws (unless you are a high level politician). Third and final thought is, this is just SAD on so many levels.

First it was considered to not be a person if the baby was not born and living outside of the mother's womb. Now, acording to this article, a baby living outside of the womb on its own accord is still not a living human being.
What are we doing to ourselves as a people? Where is humanity going. Next we'll be saying anything under one is not a living human being... What a tragedy.
