Would you prefer to live in a democracy?

My preference is a Representative Republic.

No and just think, the extreme left, a fraction of the population, still doesn't get it. If one of them pissed off the majority, the mob would stomp them into an elective oblivion. That said, their legislative agenda would be squashed repeatedly in a pure democracy, which tells me one thing, they want the democracy because it always devolves into a tyrannical/authoritarian government and they are just hoping they retain power when the pure democracy collapses.

Democracy never last, many still think we already live in one due to indoctrination.
