One Witness is claimed to be a spy so the case should be thrown out? Ignore emails, bank transfers, and other witnesses etc. ?

Part of the claims against the informant Alexander Smirnov being a liar because he met with Russian intel agents is most comical to me. He informant was authorized to engage in illegal activity while working with FBI. He met with Burisma officials in 2017, therefore Joe could not have been able to use his influence on foreign policy. Yet this leaves out Joe’s bragging about getting the prosecutor fired while he was VP in 2015. Hunter working on the board of Burisma and Joe meeting with Burisma officials. This sounds eerily familiar to the laptop is Russian disinformation.
