Shooter spotted before assassination attempt of President Trump. I've heard a couple of these stories and they seem believable, at least probable. With all the hate speech from the progressive Left, Democrats, and hosts on the View, it's not surprising that an attempt was likely. Those of us who trained/served in the Infantry well understand the importance of the high ground and would think to secure it given the political and ideological rancor being incited by Democrats.
