I was still working the evening shift at Food City when this went down, but I can't recall a time during my military service when I ever saw an officer engage SF, let alone Delta in conversation...let alone attempt to chastise them :)

Perhaps now that these elite forces are more focused on in popular media in and out of the military, it would take a true NOLO to go for it...I can see a very senior, former NCO, 100% Infantry...possibly Regiment guy trying it; but from what I experienced, you see some dude in "non-reg" gear toting a "hot" M-4 with Cerakote on it...and you didn't earn a Trident, a Yarborough, or at least a scroll...it's probably best just to nod and go on about your business ;)

I hate when the movies portray SOCOM guys as rogues and undisciplined. Every SEAL and SF guy I have ever met has been professional and very intelligent. They are team players.

SSG Warren Swan - No I seriously have not seen it. I am somewhat of a movie savant, when there are good lines in a film, no matter how obscure, my brain replaces algebra with movie quotes, I would have remembered
"You will be cleaning latrines with your tongue until you can't taste the difference between shit and French Fries."
I think it is on Amazon Prime or Netflix so I will be remedying this oversight soon.
