I hope it changes...BUT the problem with that is after three years, evidence goes away, memories fade, stories change, and witnesses either forgot or remember what they think happened or what they were told to say or just die. I wish we took better care of those when it happend so they would come forward then and not later but it is tough to take a stand on this when you are the victim.

Excellent response Colonel and I concur. It's very difficult for those individuals who had to go through this type of abuse to come forward and tell His or Her story on what happened that day.
