Yes, it appears the Flynn broke the law and should be "punished" for it. However, the judge's reaction appears to be motivated by more than that. It reeks of politics and that makes me think that the punishment is withheld now to inspire Flynn to lie again, to "rat out" the President to save his own hide. I suspect that he is a better man than that...

MSG Stan Hutchison - You're kidding, right? I'm not the one who has been prejudging President Trump ever since he was elected, nor have I been defending him. I have yet to see even one whit of evidence of any impeachable offense. Of course, everyone "assumes" I am defending him when I laugh at their irrational reliance on rumors and innuendo to condemn him.

MSG Stan Hutchison - Yes. In fact, if I were President Trump, I'd encourage it. I believed that President Obama kept all his personal papers (birth certificates, school records, etc) hidden so that his haters would continue their rant thereby making themselves look foolish (and discredited). Mueller keeps feeding the hysteria of the Trump-haters in the same fashion and to the same effect
