So I was fact checking something I came across. Apparently, canned pumpkin is actually Dickinson Squash... I much rather roast and puree my own pumpkin to get what I need anyhow. Interesting! But squash is also a great puree to use in most breads, pies, desserts, and, soups.

I despise pumpkins. Their condescending views on all things not in the pumpkin world. However, I really do like pumpkin pie.
It is great to be hearing that pumpkin pies contain no pumpkin innards. Because I hate pumpkin guts.
Sorry if I am offended by pumpkins. But really? What ever good has a pumpkin ever done for you? Don't say that a pumpkin made you smile because it gave its all for a pumpkin pie. Because that didn't happen.
