We have good friends with a place near Amelia Island...it is 6 feet MSL elevation, and the back yard is swamp yielding to waterway. I looked into buying a place close to theirs, but the prices have not yet reflected any sea level rise. Sea level rise remains at approx. 1 foot per 100 years.
