Here we go. As far as the " dungeon" and illegal IT, that's a no go as well as addressing recruits as Bitch or Ho. Recruits are going to get dirty and sweaty, but they have absolutely no grounds to figure out how long an IT session lasted. Having recruits perform illegal IT ( unapproroved exercises) and wearing full gear is also a big no no. As far as addressing those issues, a DI would be counseled and given a sub par mark in jugdement and following the SOP on his DI evaluation. Taking recruits pictures and trying to hit on their sister, completely unprofessional and grounds for a substandard fit rep and voiding the MOS, As is having recruits do college homework.
Having alcohol in the squadbay also a grounds for NJP and voiding MOS

You could tell me anything about a Paris Island Drill Instructor doing something Mean and Awful and I would probably believe you. I had Marines protecting some of the "Facilities" I worked at. I Helped Royal Marines Teaching US Marines RIOT Control. My Father was a Marine! A Graduate of Paris Island. (My Basic Typing Instructor in A School was a Gunny)

After the Article 32 hearing the real fun begins. All of these allegations will need to be proved. SSgt Burke has a steep hill to climb, but if he failed in his mission, then he will pay the price. I am not sure what my reaction would be if he worked for me. The whole phone call thing would really piss me off. One of the toughest thing to teach a hat for me was "it ain't about you, it's about the recruit".
