Can't forget my first MOS (now my secondary MOS): Field Artillery branch was founded on 17 November 1775! Did you know that Fort Knox, once home of Armor and Cavalry Scouts, is named after a Henry Knox-an Artillery Officer! And Fort Sill, home of Artillery, was founded by MG Philip Sheridan-a Cavalry officer!
