SGT Everett Bickford I Have to Tell Folks I was doing Twitter Before Twitter Existed (Intelligence Ticcs used to be sent in a Shorthand, Very Limited Characters) and I was doing Counter-Terrorism before a Lot of Others (Before 9/11). I Worked on MILNET/ARPANET Project (Now the Internet). I didn't Realize what a Trend Setter I was at the Time. LOL!
