LTC Stephen Conway,
My Senior Chaplain had my Command put me in for the Retirement Certificates. The packet included an American Flag and a Retirement pin. The 88th RRC asked where I would like my Retirement Ceremony to take place. They offered two sites, one being at Ft. Knox, KY. A friend of mine who retired a MAJ in the Army Reserve with the 99th RRC had to request them on his own. I guess it may depend on how pro-active ones Command is concerning Soldiers retiring. I hope that information helps.
