Capt. Garrett Sinclair, 347th Operations Support Squadron chief of weapons and tactics, analyzes a computer during exercise FT 19-04, April 18, 2019, at Moody Air Force Base, Ga. The five-day exercise will give base personnel an opportunity to experience contingency operations in a contested and degraded combat environment.
