Flash Flood Watch.
Isolated showers and thunderstorms this morning will become more
numerous this afternoon through early this evening. Thunderstorms
will be capable of producing very heavy rainfall in a short amount of
time, which may cause or aggravate ongoing flooding or flash
flooding. Additionally, an isolated strong to severe storm may be
possible, mainly from 1 PM through 6 PM, with gusty winds being the
primary threat.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.
Additional rounds of showers and storms will be possible again
Thursday, with locally heavy rainfall again possible.

Kentucky, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant,
Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton, and Robertson. In Ohio,
Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont,
Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette OH, Franklin OH,

* Until 1030 AM EDT Thursday.
* Radar and automated rain gauges indicated that heavy rain had
fallen across the warned area. Widespread 1.5 to 3 inch rainfall
amounts have been reported by gauges and spotters across the area.
The heavy rainfall has ended across the area. However, runoff from
the earlier excessive rain will cause flooding to continue. Calls
to law enforcement indicate that flooded roads are reopening
slowly but some roads still remain under water and small creeks
and streams are still in flood.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Columbus, Dublin, Westerville, Reynoldsburg, Grove City, Upper
Arlington, Gahanna, Hilliard, Worthington, Bexley, Pataskala, Canal
