My boy Harley and his truck. When my father passed, his 1996 C-1500 had been sitting in his garage for 5 years drying out. I was lucky enough to have it passed to me. With love, I have returned it to a daily driver and will keep it going until the wheels fall off. Harley has taken over ownership and guards it with his life.

This kind of reminds me of a large black Lab named Moon Shadow. His owner was murdered on his extensive ranch in Texas. My godparents adopted the dog and bought a ranch for him. Near a large winding Oak Tree by the creek is a bronze plaque with the Moon Shadow and his owner looking at each other in perpetuity.
