Good Wednesday morning Rally Point and Happy Hump day. The kids decided to help me this morning by taking the food out of the pantry. Of course, what they took out they didn't want to eat...oh well, everyone is fed, the mess cleaned up and I am on my second very large mug of coffee.
73 degrees, headed into the 90s again today. I am doing my miles early in the day since I am still waiting on the treadmill. My neighbors are getting used to seeing me out there now; our block is a mile around so I do 2 or 3 circuits each morning...
