If the certificate on your card has expired or been revoked you will need to go to get a new certificate put on your card.

Thank you for the quick response!
below is the message I got whenever I tried to log in

Your connection is not private
Attackers might be trying to steal your information from http://www.us.army.mil (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards). Learn more
NET::ERR_CERT_REVOKED
http://www.us.army.mil normally uses encryption to protect your information. When Google Chrome tried to connect to http://www.us.army.mil this time, the website sent back unusual and incorrect credentials. This may happen when an attacker is trying to pretend to be http://www.us.army.mil, or a Wi-Fi sign-in screen has interrupted the connection. Your information is still secure because Google Chrome stopped the connection before any data was exchanged.

You cannot visit http://www.us.army.mil right now because its certificate has been revoked. Network errors and attacks are usually temporary, so this page will probably work later.

SPC (Join to see) - those are two different things. This information is different than what you provided before.

I am not very sure as the second to the last sentence mentioned that I cannot visit... right now because its certificate has been revoked.

SPC (Join to see) - Ok, I see the confusion. All websites have a security certificate that is good for 12 months and needs to be renewed annually. army.mil let their certificate expire. That is different than the certificate on your card being revoked. Two different things
