What was the craziest thing you saw someone do to try to get out of the Military?

Most all of us know Max Klinger from M.A.S.H. and his antics to try to get a Section 8 discharge. I remember a couple crazy ones but one in particular. We had this guy who fooled them all. Everywhere he went he was pretending to ride a motorcycle. Outside the barrack he would park this imaginary motorcycle. He would ride it down to the mess hall, park it outside, go in and eat, come back out and ride it back to the barracks. Anytime he was outside he was on this imaginary bike. Formation, going to work, to the PX or anywhere else. This went on for six months. He was wrote up numerous times but it didn't seem to phase him. This continued until they finally let him out. He asked me to take him to the airport (he gave me gas money so who cares!). I said what about the motorcycle? How are you going to get it on the plane? "Oh, we will but it in the back of your car. Don't worry about the plane." We got to the main gate and told me to stop in front of the MP shack. I did, he got the cycle out of my car and "rode" it to outside the MP shack door and parked it. He got back in my car and said "Someone else may need that bike, lets go to the airport." I busted out laughing and so did he. When I got back I told the First Sergeant the story. He looked kind of stunned at first but insisted he was, "Bat shit crazy."

Does melting the asphalt with an afterburner on a taxiway count? He was getting out anyway but this helped speed up the process.
