You're not a true gym rat unless . . . . . . ?

I'm starting with having a leg day and being able to do pullups with correct form. Kipping (aka BS) doesn't flipping count.

Youre not a gym rat unless.... you do the preworkout stuff, use correct form, and then use post workout. Go all the way!
