A few taps on the old calculator, "et Viola" Legal gun ownership in NYC is a whopping 0.7% roughly, While the population of NYC makes up roughly 2.4% of the Country's total. Inconsistencies much?
Once again I'm strongly opposed to the authors conclusions. You're going to have to make up your own minds.
