Can I accept an AGR job while mobilized?

SGT (Join to see) I have see people accept AGR while mobilized. Work with HRC to see if they will wait for you to finish your deployment with an AGR report date upon your return (work out details if you want to take the leave or roll it over into AGR time, etc.). I have seen others try to get AGR and come home early to report. Key thing is contact HRC if you are offered a position and work it out with them.

Short answer is Yes. They'll hold your position until you demobilize or if your COC is willing to release you from the unit.
