Good morning, Rallypoint, and welcome to this edition of Astronomy Picture of the Day (APOD) for February 15, 2025.
Parhelia (I like the term 'sun dogs') are optical phenomena that occur on either side of the Sun within a 22° halo. They are caused by the refraction of light by ice crystals in the atmosphere. They can be seen anywhere and in any season, but today we see them in a February 2025 image taken in Sweden's Abisko National Park.

But These Are Similar To What's Believed To Be Out There,
While In Northern California, Mt. Shasta's Inundated With UFO Reports
~ So Please Allow Me Explain What I KNOW To Be True.~
~~ "We're NOT Alone, And We've NEVER Been Alone" ~~
And That's A Guarantee.~
