Of course it did. Obama had to know about Killary's clandestine server because she communicated with him on it.

Whenever I've checked into anything from Judicial Watch I've found that the take real events and present them in a very misleading way.
For example, it is likely the WH tracks every FOIA request that comes in for sr WH officials. If they mention that, it's business as usual and not particularly interesting. But if they just say, hey they were tracking this one request for HRC and let you draw your own conclusions, now that sounds suspicious.
