Are senior NCOs allowed to use a master key to walk into soldiers barracks rooms unannounced?

the biggest offender to this is one of our companies female 1sg walking in males rooms and weve had issues with them not being fully clothed when she barged in.I've been trying to find the regulation that covers this but I can't seem to locate it or I'm missing the section covering it.

This is a situation where I would skip hunting down the regulation and go straight to IG to complain. This is unacceptable and if it had been a male 1SG walking into female rooms with a key, this would have been deemed predatory behavior and the 1SG relieved. It doesn't take a regulation to point out that someone is wrong.

This is more wrong than a 3 dollar bill. I can't add anymore than what SFC (Join to see) has already said.

1. isn't a SNCO, its the 1sg, rt man fo the CO. Its they barracks to maintain. I doubt you will find it in a regulations. But like Jason said, because its unannounced and mixed troops, the IG should be informed, just like it was Male 1SG and female troops.

If it is a male barracks and a WAC comes in, the barracks orderly is supposed to announce a female in the barracks.
