TONIGHT we are very pleased to bring you: "How Was Your Week?" with Mikel & Friends and Warriors for Life (WFL)!

Yes indeed, we would love for you to Drop in TONIGHT with Volunteer and Army Veteran 'Mikel Burroughs' for the "Burly's Warriors" edition of Warriors for Life (WFL) Online, presented by Victory for Veterans, Inc. (VFV).

We are asking everyone to share who we are and what support that Victory for Veterans, Inc. (VFV) is providing via WFL. If you know someone who is a veteran, first responder or a family member/caregiver, please ask them to join us for at least one meeting so they can learn more about what we do and how they can share their wisdom with others who may be able to learn from them.

TONIGHT's Topic: "How Was Your Week?"

Come Join Mikel and Bella TONIGHT and let's get together online for the Warriors for Life (WFL) as we talk about "How Was Your Week?" You know, it's a discussion about what's going on in your life right now and what this last week was like for you! What was the good and what was the bad?

Whether your week was "good" or "bad" is entirely subjective, depending on your personal experiences, goals, and values. To determine your week's outcome, you can reflect on specific positive and negative events, such as achieving a goal, experiencing stress from deadlines, or managing a relationship issue. If you're struggling, remember that bad weeks are a normal part of the human experience, and you can always try to adjust your perspective or take small actions to improve your well-being!

It's true—everyone has bad weeks, and it's perfectly normal to feel overwhelmed, frustrated, or disappointed when things don't go as planned. Learning to be kind to yourself is an important part of coping and moving forward.

Things to Tell Yourself on a Bad Day

My week is improving. My dear wife is making great progress in her rehabilitation from her 5 January double pneumoccoccal pneumonia siege and 11 days on a ventilator.
