I've had a CCW in the last three States I've lived in. It would be difficult for me to imagine moving to a State that didn't grant it.
For those not following the recent legal cases, it looks like California is about to become a Shall-Issue State after the recent 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ruling.

CWP is unconstitutional! The Right Of The People To Keep And Bear Arms SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED" I recommend moving to Mississippi. They are full constitutional carry purchase it and carry! They restored this aspect of their State Constitution as well as the Federal Bill of Rights in 2013! For states that honor reciprocity with MS you should just need an MS photo ID! I recommend putting in for PCS orders and change residence!

I have mine through Florida as well as my wife. i carry the Glock 19 and my wife has the Ruger LCP .380.
