It isn't just the wealthy. People are leaving like rats deserting a sinking ship. What really gets me wound up is the dems holding up the stimulus because they want to bail out these states. Having lived in Connecticut I know how they get themselves so in debt. The fat pensions is a huge part of it. If you work for the government you should not be able to have union representation. If those states are bailed out they will just end up in the red again in a couple of years.
