Helms was a featured musician on over 100 Hank Williams recordings and went on to play on many classic country hits, including Patsy Cline's 'Walking After Midnight,' and Loretta Lynn’s 'Blue Kentucky Girl.' He died on August 11, 2008."

Country music almost died out, then returned. Lucky for the Hero's on this site, it will not fade away.

SMSgt David A Asbury I love all kinds of music especially Classic Country. Some of the current country music is hard to take. It seems contrived. I don't think Hank did it "thatta" way
