I log over 700 miles per year on my outdoor and stationary bikes. Been doing this for 3 decades now. I've never crashed on the stationary bike!

I started riding after both knees were replaced. Currently I either mountain bike or ride in my garage on a smart trainer and Zwift. When I have the time I head down to ATL or Cedartown and ride the Silver Comet or Chief Ladiga trail.
