PO1 William "Chip" Nagel actually... I had a plan with an Air Force recruiter to join... rather than going into the Army. He told me to come in when I got my draft notice & he would sign me up. I went in & the Recruiter had changed & the Recruiter wouldn't honor the prior ones agreement.
