PO1 William "Chip" Nagel freedom of speech is important-for Donald Trump supporters and if that's what it takes for to make a difference in the election, more power to the pupil. Good read and share!

Capt Jeff S. - I checked, and there is no vetting allowed by the constitution except birthplace and age. It's the electoral vote that counts. Actually, BHO got more southern electors than Lincoln. On everyone of your assertions, we disagree, but I can see you're a man of faith, so there would be no reasoning with you, would there?

SP5 Christine Conley - A Marine coworker in my office at the VA told me that he went to find a church in Orlando, and at the end of the service, the pastor told him that he might be more comfortable down the street where others of his kind attended. Sometimes I have to wonder: Who Would Jesus Hate?

Trump is fully anti-American. He's ISIS' best recruiting tool.
Does Trump really support freedom of speech? Only his own, it seems. “in the good old days [continued protesting] doesn’t happen,” Trump told his fans, “because they used to treat them very, very rough. And when they protested once, you know, they would not do it again so easily…I love the old days — you know what they used to do to guys like that when they were in a place like this? They’d be carried out on a stretcher, folks.” Actually, he wishes his rallies were more violent!
Considering that he lied about reading the Bible, it’s not surprising that Trump doesn’t support Freedom of Religion. He said we have “absolutely no choice” and must shut down some mosques.
Equality? From a 1992 New York magazine interview: "Women, you have to treat them like shit."
Presidential? Trump frequently discussed women he had sex with, by name. After England's royal Lady Diana was killed in an automobile accident in 1997, Trump told radio listeners he thinks he could have slept with her, saying she had “supermodel beauty.”
Maybe it's not that he doesn't agree with the Constitution--possibly he's never actually seen one.

CPL Patrick Brewbaker - I don't want to make assumptions or put words in your mouth. So would you like to say what is your point in posting the Van Jones video?

Capt Michael Greene, Sgt Patrick Brewbaker,
I want to thank both of you for the conservation in this string, some I knew, and some I didn’t. Mike, Thanks for the last comment yesterday saying Bernie has the most integrity; I agree but I had to chuckle at the thought. I wish Bernie believed in the principles I do. I believe your analysis of Mau is 100% correct, he knew how to mobilize and lead but his policies put his people in a bad way. I believe Bernie is much like Mau.
All that you saying about our economy over the past 7 years are correct but you left out the most important fact: All our benchmarks for evaluating the economy are destroyed by the Fed printing currency endlessly. In my opinion we are in uncharted waters. We won’t know the true effect of the last 7 years until interest in our country goes back to historic normal rates and at least some of this borrowing is paid back. I don’t think we are going to like what we see when this happens.

Thanks for the kind and agreeable manner in which you voiced your disagreement. I do appreciate that, so voted up. As to your concern about our national debt: The value of our national assets depends upon faith. All the countries in the world believe that we are the most able to ride out a bad financial storm, so they are confident our currency is valuable, and they continue to buy bonds. No one wants to see the world collapse, so they will do anything to prevent an American default.

I hope you're correct. Right now I have the feeling our country looks so good just because the rest of the world looks so bad . That's just basically rephrasing what you said. How long before everything evens out is anyone's guess.

Sometimes chaplains and other Holy Joe's get full of themselves and allow their politics to flow into their prayers. It was for this reason that I stopped going to church as I grew tired of the preacher politicians who confused the word of God with the word of man.

Exactly how I began to question the whole God concept. Two preachers assured us they were the only right way to go, but they disagreed 180*. I had to find God myself, and whoops! He turned out to be a figment of the ancient imagination.
