So I joined the Army in March 2017 and got sent to Alaska in November 2017. I’m an Airborne 68W E-2. My husband is an E-5 Airborne 11b stationed at Ft.Bragg. His sister is sick and being at Bragg is way closer to drive to her than Alaska and we don’t want to be apart any longer. Any help or suggestions? Anything would be appreciated.

By reg you must have 12 months TOS (time on station) to be eligible for PCS. You can be placed on assignment well before that but your report date cannot be prior to your one year mark at your current station. You need to verify that you have indeed been enrolled into the MACP. Just because the 4187 got submitted doesn't mean they didn't get lost along the way. Once you verify your enrollment give your branch manager a call and explain the situation. As long as they have a slot for you to fill at Bragg they should be able to place you on assignment. You can find their contact info on the HRC website. 68W and 11B go hand-n-hand so it shouldn't be to difficult for you two to stay relatively close throughout your career.
