At the same time, it is trying to take the lead in digital governance like artificial intelligence. It even appointed a minister for digital affairs last year, the very techy Audrey Tang.

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel writing can be time consuming. AI allows standard letters to go out with basically the same message, instead of a copy machine, this is more efficient for her,
