This young man, IMO, couldn't have said it better
I know this isn't a popular conversation, but it's one we need to start having with our young adults, regardless of race or gender.
Video attached is about the perception vs reality and correlates to the recent issues in Ferguson, Missouri and I couldn't have said it better myself.

This deserves a lot more attention. SFC (Join to see) , had you added tags, this would've received much more traffic.
