IAW Army Directive 2014-29 (see attached for your records), the ERB & ORB must reflect Sex Related Offenses.

The latest Record Brief update included the requirements outlined in the attached directive.

You will start seeing ERB and ORBs with Sex Related offenses annotated in Section 10 of the Record.

What are you thoughts? Good IDEA? Or Not so good?

In my opinion and only my opinion they should NOT have a chance to get an updated ERB or ORB. they should be getting a DD-214 and getting out of the military. NOT IN MY ARMY!

I think it unnecessary, but a sign of the times. 1SG (Join to see). I don't get it, as all convictions are in your OPMF... but I suspect they want to ensure it is front and center.

COL Charles Williams, I think because some records are held at the local level and does not travel with the affect SM they get away with these type incidents.

1SG (Join to see) - Roger. I know a huge amount of effort was and is being put into reducing and eliminating sexual assaults from our ranks. So, whatever it takes.

Good since this behavior should not be tolerated for continued service.
