President Donald Trump ordered a rapid withdrawal of all U.S. troops from Afghanistan and Somalia in the wake of his 2020 election loss, but senior officials never followed through on the plan, according to testimony released by the congressional January 6 committee on Thursday.
“The order was for an immediate withdrawal, and it would have been catastrophic,” said Rep. Adam Kinzinger, R-Ill., one of two Republican members of the special panel. “And yet President Trump signed the order.”

Let's see here. President Trump ordered a an "immediate" withdrawal but didn't follow through. As opposed to the President Biden administration's planned and actual carried out withdrawal, which WAS catastrophic. Yup you convinced me. President Biden's administration is a bunch of incompetent fools. One more reason to vote against President Biden in 2024.

Pretty sure the withdrawal order could have been easily dismissed on Day#1 just like a myriad of other disastrous decisions made that day

I am not surprised at this! To me withdrawal appeared very sudden. These types of issues always insure wrath from armchair fans and pundits!
