Ever since I medically retired from the military I have been searching fora purpose and to make larger goals. There was a huge void that took many years to fill. I found a way to be a voice to many veterans and their families and I am also a disabled athlete. So, what have purposes have you all found once you took of the uniform for the last time? What drives you? Please share below so others may be inspired too! Thanks.

I volunteer with Civil Air Patrol as a Cadet Programs Officer. We do more than ROTC, have awesome Cadets and you can remain a Mentor, Teacher and Guide.
I will remain in Civil Air Patrol until I die.
They never tell you what to do after you retire to take the place of the "Bruderschaft" of the military. I found it in CAP. I have mentored CAP Cadets into ROTC Scholarships, West Point and USAFA appointments and into careers in Emergency Medicine. You will find what you are looking for there.
