Trump Enterprises is not publicly held therefore the "fiduciary responsibility" of the executives of that company are not governed by the same rules as the officers of publicly held corporations. Their responsibility is to the owner(s) of the company to meet the goals set by those owners as long as they are legal. That's why the SEC doesn't bother my little operation out here in the country even if I market the horse meat as beef. There are a whole alphabet worth of other agencies that do get upset about it though.

CPT Jim Schwebach - None-the-less, The American consumer has shown over and over that they will purchase products manufactured overseas despite "Buy American" programs, or unfair overseas labor practices, or product dumping by state controlled economies, or for that matter quality deficiencies. Why would any American business man deliberately cut his own financial throat when the American public overwhelmingly only cares until they can save a dime?
