OK I can cut out #2 as I would not eat low-fat peanut butter, soda is an easy cut out for me as I only have a few a month at most, don't really eat shark or oatmeal for that matter (steel cut plain is actually good for you by the way- just taste bad), I have tried to cut dairy down not out...hard for me, maybe this could help a few.

1 There goes fish & chips
2 Only peanuts in the peanut butter
3 Too many calories for me
4 I am working on it
5 Hate the stuff
6 Okay, how large is large?
7 Regular oatmeal
8 Fresh fruit all the way
9 Fresh fruit only
10 Ice cream – I can’t give it up
11 White flour – I’m not the baker, how am I supposed to know?

Most of it common sense stuff....Don't agree with it all. Like you said PB....It is a staple in my house...All natural "Teddie" of course.

a bunch are what they tell you to rat... Fish and Fruit... and Juice....
