PFC(P) (Join to see) I fly the American flag at my home. I would not fly the American flag from my vehicle, I do not like to see the American flag displayed this way, but do not think that it is being disrespectful.

Full agreement, I don't really like seeing the flag treated that way, however I wouldn't go so far as to say it's being disrespectful. Now if you leave the flag on your truck at night... that is somewhat disrespectful. If your going to fly the flag at night, it should be illuminated.

I see nothing disrespectful about flying the flag on the back of a truck as long as it isn't tattered. I have 11 inch flag magnets on the front doors of my car...And 11 inch American Legion emblems on the back doors...

SFC Everett Oliver These decals have only been acknowledged when someone tried to remove one. (The Idiot found that I had sliced and diced them!)

I think flying it on a vehicle like this for a particular event is okay such as a July 4th parade or a similar event. This image shown would have the flag laying on/in the bed of the truck when not moving, it should be positioned higher so that does not happen.
