Is compassionate reassignment a viable option for me?

I am currently stationed at Fort Wainwright. Long story short my mom has been in and out of the hospital for the past 6 months dealing with Sepsis and C-dif. She is about to go into hospice care to try to be rehabilitated but the doctors said she might only have a year. Will compassionate reassignment be an option for me? The best place would be JBLM.
