THIS IS THE MOST UNUSUALLY PATTERNED WHITE_TAIL I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!
CW5 Jack Cardwell Thought it might interest you.
The hunter posted this after he let the animal walk away from what could have been an easy shot with his bow while hunting.I respect those who enjoy nature enough to let such a unique animal walk when there are many that would have harvested it just to boast of it.

LTC Stephen C. The guy that posted it said the photo does not do justice to the beauty and uniqueness of the animal.

I admire the hunter’s restraint, SSgt Terry P.. You know, of course, some guy will take the shot.

LTC Stephen C. - Exactly, maybe but at least it has another chance at survival. Personally,i often allow animals to walk away and i have always been a hunter.
Never was a "trophy" hunter, but enjoy the thrill of getting it right, not the kill.Once the animal is compromised, the thrill is over for me and he can go on his way.If i were a good photographer,i would probably just take photos these days.

I have heard of albino deer, but never a brindle. A 3D look to her.

SN Donald Hoffman I have seen albino--piebald--even Melanistic(solid black)
over my years of hunting, but never one like this. The markings(pattern) on this one are especially unique to me.

I hope to see deer like that and take a photo. I am not sure what I will see on this property. I have started cutting a trail around the property and found a few 8 point basket sheds. A lot of grouse. Looking forward to November.SSgt Terry P.
