In PR students are opposed to report to a classroom due to no fans nor ac to fight against the exaggerated heating temperature.What a shame on the Secretary of Education.

School Districts go by the old approach of allocating new students, what’s worse is that like in my case ( zero writing and reading Spanish. So due to the ignorant mentality I was in laced on a Special Ed classroom. Without any official tests. What an irony!
