It's TRULY A Mental Health Condition. I Had A Sister-In-Law
Whom Was Afflicted With It. - She Would Say "I'm Going To The Grocery Store
And When She Returned, She Might Tell Us About All The Things That Happened While She Stopped By The City Park,--While NEITHER Happened - Never Even WENT To The Grocery Store, Nor The Park. And The Gods Only Know Where She Went, Nor The What, Why Or When; aka "Habitual Liar" - Could NOT Help Herself.
