White House Press Secretary reviewed his aids cell phones to ensure they were not using encrypting messaging apps. During the course of his meeting with his aids he asked them specifically not to leak information about the meeting or his efforts to track down and stop leaks from the White House.

CPT (Join to see) On a tour of Grand Coulee Dam it was explained that workers only 'Bureau of Reclamation' tools. Perhaps the White House make employees exchange their personal telephones for a US Government telephone when entering the building!

CPT (Join to see), no question but that leaks have occurred at the WH at an alarming rate. However, CNN does not have the best reputation for integrity and truthfulness with the WH or the public at large. Considering the subject matter, this may be one story CNN has reported correctly.
