One thing those who put out that worthless information is it becomes heard so much soldiers tune it out. Know why DOT Road Crews wear Fluorescent Green? Driver get used to seeing the orange and do not care if they hit the orange or not. Know why warning signs are limited on highways? Studies showed after the third warning drivers ignore reading, just like the repeated messages from higher.
